Philosophy
Our concept may seem somewhat unusual at first, but as you'll find out, it was designed to be fun. Usually with these types of sites people who buy spaces get to put their own logo, or an image of their choosing on them, with a link going from their image to their website. With Click a Shamrock however things are a little different. While the images do link to the websites you provide - which must be live and functioning (and not just a static homepage) and you must either own or get permission from the owner to use - instead of putting various images of your choosing on the spaces, you must choose from a select list of images we've pre-picked for you. The majority of which are shamrocks. The images can be viewed by clicking the 'Shamrock list' tab, there are six of them.
There's a reason for us doing this. Because there will be no logos or site specific images on the grid, visitors who Click a Shamrock will have no idea where they are going to end up, that's the difference, and that's why it's fun. And because the sites URL is catchy and quick to recall, you can bet visitors will tell their friends and come back for more. It may seem overly simple, but that's what makes it so cool. It's easy, just click a shamrock.
The shamrocks are competitively priced, with a couple of premium ones. We believe you get what you pay for. In our testing we found that in a grid type situation the majority of people are more likely to click on the images that appear to stick out more. Some chose the opposite on purpose though, and some closed their eyes.
